PropertyMe, Australia’s leading property management software provider, today announced it has acquired Phoenix Software, the proptech company behind the AI-powered Phoenix CRM.
With this acquisition PropertyMe will empower agencies to run their entire real estate journey more efficiently, from first enquiry to long-term management.

Now we’re extending our innovation to the sales side of real estate, giving agencies one connected platform to manage their entire customer journey,” Sarah Dawson, Chief Customer Officer of PropertyMe, said.
“This acquisition enables us to add value to our agency network in new ways, empowering sales teams with an AI-powered real estate CRM.”
Feedback from PropertyMe’s agency network indicates that agencies are increasingly expected to do more with less. Rather than adding to the number of additional products that agencies need to pay for, PropertyMe’s focus is on designing an all-in-one experience that addresses the true needs of today’s agencies.
