Who we are

PropertyMe is a leading property technology platform, trusted by more than 6,400 real estate agencies across Australia and New Zealand, managing close to 2 million properties.

  • Our purpose

Helping people love where they live, work and play.

  • Our vision

PropertyMe is at the heart of every property experience.

  • Our mission

To power everyone’s property journey with our trusted, intelligent platform.

Our story

Founded in 2013 in Sydney, we started with a simple goal: To help Property Managers spend less time on administration and more time on what matters most. At a time when cloud technology was still emerging, we built a modern property management platform designed for the future of real estate.

PropertyMe now runs the entire agency — property management, sales, leasing and business development — on one platform. You see it the moment a lease is signed, a property is listed, an owner is paid, or a family picks up the keys to their new home. The technology matters because of what it makes possible for the people on the other end of it.

Our culture

We are MeMates. We think bigger, we make things happen and we love what we do.

At PropertyMe, our culture is a big part of how we do our best work: backing each other, growing together and enjoying the ride along the way. That’s what it means to be a MeMate.

Our values

We bring our culture to life by living our values. They guide how we work, make decisions and show up for each other.

Value customer obsessed

We are customer-obsessed

Every decision starts with a real person. We don’t build features, we solve your problems. Every choice we make traces back to a genuine customer desire or need, and when our customers succeed, so do we.

Value one team

We are one team

No heroes. No silos. Just us as one team. We win together and we lose together. We speak up, decide together and stand behind the outcome as one. And we celebrate each other’s wins as loudly as our own.

Value speed purpose

We move with speed and purpose

We move with intention, not just pace. We share work early and often, clear the path for each other and keep moving forward. When something doesn’t go to plan, we learn fast and adapt.

Value build whats next

We build what’s next

Curious minds, bold moves. We ask why before we ask how. We experiment, we learn and we lead the way. Solving for the future, not just for today. At PropertyMe, not knowing the answer is just the start.
