Yes, that means fewer dropped balls and way more peace of mind.
But it doesn’t stop there. PropertyMe didn’t just drop a feature — we’ve redesigned the experience with a new Automations page in the main sidebar.
Most notably, Arrears Automation has had a complete overhaul, letting you run multiple schedules at once.
Holiday season tweak? No problem. Tuesday-tweaked follow-ups? Also doable. Flexibility is baked in.
And here’s the best bit: Basic users now get a taste of the Automation magic with access to the upgraded Arrears process.
We’ve also added direct Bills AI access from the Bills screen and a system that supports cloning Automations for lightning-fast setup.
Every automation comes with a history tab showing three months’ worth of activity logs, meaning managers can stay informed without second-guessing what’s running behind the scenes.
Notifications? Of course. Every time a Task is assigned, users get a heads-up — or not, if they toggle it off.
And to top it all off, PropertyMe has included five ready-to-use system Automations and two system Task Templates, giving even brand-new users instant superpowers with zero prep.
