Do I need a separate application tool?
No. Applications are created, assessed and actioned inside PropertyMe. ApplySafe is built into Grow CRM, so there’s no third-party application product bolted on the side.
How do approved applications become a tenancy?
When you approve an applicant, their information and lease data sync from Grow CRM to Manage PM and create the new tenancy — no re-typing and no re-checking.
Can couples and share houses apply together?
Yes. Joint applicants submit as a single application, so there’s no manual merging of separate forms.
How do reference checks work?
Reference check emails go out automatically to rental, employment and personal referees, and the responses sync straight back into Grow CRM against the application.
