What is AiMe Connect in PropertyMe?
AiMe Connect is a PropertyMe feature that connects the AI assistant you already use (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot) to your PropertyMe data. Ask a question in plain language, about one property or your whole rent roll, and get an answer from your live portfolio in seconds. You don't need to export data or build a report first.
Can I connect ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot to PropertyMe?
Yes. AiMe Connect works with any AI assistant that supports Model Context Protocol (MCP), which includes ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot. Some providers only allow custom connectors on paid or business plans, so check your AI subscription.
Is AiMe Connect PropertyMe's MCP server?
Yes. AiMe Connect is PropertyMe's MCP connector, built on Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard for connecting AI assistants to business software. You don't need to know anything about MCP to use it. Connect your assistant and start asking questions.
What PropertyMe data can my AI assistant access?
AiMe Connect gives your assistant access to properties, contacts, jobs, tasks, inspections, lease renewals and team members.
Can AiMe Connect change or delete anything in PropertyMe?
No. AiMe Connect is read-only. Your assistant can look up records and draft insights, but it can't create, edit or delete anything in PropertyMe and your trust accounting isn't touched.
Is my PropertyMe data safe with AiMe Connect?
Access is permissioned and revocable: you choose which assistant to connect and can disconnect at any time. Your assistant only retrieves the PropertyMe data needed to answer the question you ask.
Will my AI provider use my PropertyMe data to train its models?
That depends on your AI provider and plan, not on PropertyMe. Business and enterprise plans from the major providers typically offer settings that exclude your data from training. Check your provider's data settings before connecting.
How much does AiMe Connect cost?
AiMe Connect is included in PropertyMe’s Manage PM Advanced plan. Customers on other plans can upgrade to Advanced to get access.
Is AiMe Connect available in New Zealand?
Yes. AiMe Connect is available now to PropertyMe customers on the Manage PM Advanced plan in Australia and New Zealand.
What questions can I ask AiMe Connect?
Anything you'd otherwise piece together by hand across PropertyMe screens. You can see sample prompts from our customers in the library here.
How accurate are AiMe Connect's answers?
AiMe Connect pulls answers from your live PropertyMe data, not from generic AI knowledge. AI assistants can still misread a question, so check key figures before acting on them and ask your assistant to list the records behind any answer.
Can everyone in my agency use AiMe Connect?
The subscriber can select who in the agency has access to AiMe Connect. It respects existing access permissions.
How is AiMe Connect different from PropertyMe dashboards and reports?
Dashboards and reports show what they were built to show. AiMe Connect answers the question you have right now, including ones no report covers, by joining data across properties, jobs, inspections and renewals in one answer. Taplin Real Estate cut end-of-month reporting from 4 to 6 hours down to about 1.5 hours.
