Share Task Templates to keep portfolios and agencies in sync

Our latest update enables the ability to share Task Templates, including Checklists and Automations, plus a handy new time saver that allows you to bulk reassign Tasks.

Task Templates already help your team complete work correctly and on time. Now, Standard users can take those winning processes and share them across portfolios in just a few clicks. 

Admin users can now: 

• Share Task Templates between portfolios 

• Automatically include all Checklists and Automations within those Templates 

• Review incoming templates via a new Shared tab 

• Accept and activate them instantly 

Whether you’re unifying procedures across offices or swapping great checklists with colleagues, this is your easiest path to consistent, quality service. Just enter the Portfolio ID, send it off and you’re done. Easy as! 

If you’re on the receiving end, you’ll be able to accept or reject any Templates shared with you. When you’ve accepted them, they’ll move straight into your Active Templates so you can start using it right away. 

Sharing Task Templates is one of the fastest ways to kickstart Checklists and Task Automation across your agency while keeping the same level of efficiency that clients love.

Bulk reassign Tasks in seconds

No one likes making changes one by one when you’re applying the same change across multiple Tasks. That’s why we’ve also added a small but mighty improvement for all plans: bulk Task reassignment. 

This can be especially handy when a team member is overloaded, away or leaves the agency. Sometimes, it might just be an error that requires multiple Tasks to be reassigned to another person. 

Have a preference for List or Kanban view? This improvement works for both views and across all plans.
