  1. Tenants set up payments 
in the PropertyMe app. 
They can be once-off 
or recurring payments.  

  2. When transferred, 
funds are instantly visible in PropertyMe, marked as pending until cleared. 

  3. Once cleared, MePay 
ClassicPay is a single 
click reconciliation for 
all transactions.

As an administrator, log into PropertyMe
Click on your agency name then Settings
Click on MePay and review the general MePay information and the
MePay Product Disclosure Statement (PDS)
