Property Manager Day Giveaway 2026 (‘Promotion’) terms and conditions
- The Promoter is Property Me Pty Ltd (A.B.N 46 163 276 159)
- Entry into any competition run by the Promoter is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
- Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to enter or be nominated.
- Entrants and nominations must be based in Australia or New Zealand. The nominated person must be a Property Manager at a registered Australian or New Zealand residential real estate agency. Proof of such is required at the discretion of the Promoter.
- Entrants and nominated persons do not need to be PropertyMe users to enter or be nominated.
- All entries must be received by the Promoter via the competition post between Tuesday 14th July and Monday 20th July, 5:00pm AEST.
- To enter, entrants must tag a Property Manager, provide their agency name and share why they deserve to win.
- The nominated Property Manager will be the recipient of the prize if selected as the winner. The Promoter will verify that the nominated person is a Property Manager before awarding the prize.
- The Promoter reserves the right to extend the entry period at their discretion.
- This Promotion is a game of skill and one winner will be chosen from the competition entry at the Promoter’s discretion.
- All footage captured as part of the competition may be published in perpetuity at the Promoter’s discretion, including on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, propertyme.com and propertyme.com.au
- PropertyMe reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time.
- Offer is non-transferable and does not roll over.
- The winner will be contacted via social media and will be publicly announced on Property Manager Day, Friday 24th July on Promoter’s social media platforms; Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. As such, winners agree to have their names announced publicly for competition purposes.
- The winner will receive one $250 Endota Spa gift card. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash or credit.
- Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
- The winner will receive their prize on Property Manager Day or within 7 days of the announcement date. Prizes will be sent to the email address or physical address provided by the winner.
- The Promoter takes no responsibility for prize damage or loss and will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, damage, or loss in transit of the prize.
- By entering and participating in the Promotion, entrants and nominations agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs, or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to
