Few would disagree that one of the most time-consuming tasks in property management is the double entry of data, especially when it comes to handovers from other teams. Missed details, inconsistencies or simply human errors can cause real headaches down the track.
Now, that handover can happen without the double entry. In just one click, you can send approved tenancies and new managements from Grow CRM directly into Manage PM, with the relevant information mapped across automatically.
It’s another step towards a more seamless experience for those who use both Grow CRM and Manage PM.
The leasing team has just approved a tenant in Grow CRM. The hard part is done, but there’s still one more job: getting all those tenancy details into Manage PM.
No more blocking out time for data entry, you can now send the tenancy directly to Manage PM.
There’s no need to re-enter the tenancy details or start the process again in your property management system. Simply send the approved tenancy across and Manage PM will create the relevant records for you.
If the tenant already exists in Manage PM, the tenancy can be matched to their existing tenant record. If they’re new, Manage PM will create a new tenant record.
The same capability now extends to business development.
When you win a new management in Grow CRM and move forward with the listing, you can send the management directly to Manage PM.
The corresponding property and owner records are created in Manage PM, ready for your property management team to continue from there.
Instead of a BDM passing details across to a PM to enter again, the information can move directly from the CRM workflow into PM.
The capability behind that magic? Automatic field mapping. It takes care of moving the relevant tenancy, property and owner details between the two systems, reducing duplicate data entry and the risk of information being missed or entered differently during a handover.
These updates are another step towards bringing Grow CRM and Manage PM closer together, so information can flow between teams without manual handovers.
When a BDM wins a new management, the property and owner details can flow into Manage PM. When a leasing team secures a tenant, the approved tenancy can move across too. Your property management team can pick up the next stage in Manage PM.
The work still moves between teams, but the information doesn’t have to.
The more Grow CRM and Manage PM work together, the less they feel like separate products.
Combined with Data Sync, which brings your Manage PM data into Grow CRM, and other handy features, these new workflows help information move in both directions across your agency. That means less re-keying, fewer handover gaps and more value from having both systems working together.
Grow CRM and Manage PM are becoming more seamless with every step. Book a demo to see how we can help your whole agency work from one ecosystem.
