AREC Giveaway 2026 (‘Promotion’) terms and conditions 

1. The Promoter is Property Me Pty Ltd (A.B.N 46 163 276 159) 

2. Entry into any competition run by the Promoter is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. 

3. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to enter or be nominated. 

4. Entrants and nominations must also be Principals, owners or Directors of a registered Australian or New Zealand residential real estate agency. Proof of such is required at the discretion of the Promoter 

5. All entries must be received by the Promoter via the entry form between Sunday 24^th May, 7am to Monday 25^th May, 1:45pm.  

6. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the entry period at their discretion.  

7. This Promotion is a game of skill, and one winner will be chosen from each competition entry at the Promoter’s discretion. 

8. All footage captured as part of the competition may be published in perpetuity at the Promoter’s discretion, including on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, propertyme.com and propertyme.com.au 

9. PropertyMe reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time 

10. Offer is non-transferable and does not roll over 

11. The winners will be announced live during AREC Monday 25th May at approximately 2pm and on social media 

12. The winners will be contacted via the details provided on the entry form and will be publicly announced. As such, winners agree to have their names announced publicly for competition purposes. 

13. The winners will receive the prizes specified in the ‘AREC 2026’ promotion. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value. 

14. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or credit. 

15. Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. 

16. Allow up to 90 days for delivery of prizes from the announcement date. Prizes will be sent to the email address or physical address provided by the winner. 

17. The Promoter takes no responsibility for prize damage or loss and will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, damage, or loss in transit of the prize. 

18. By entering and participating in the Promotion, entrants, and nominations agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs, or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to 
    1. Entrant or nomination’s participation in the Sweepstake, or 
    2. Entrant or nomination’s participation in any Prize-related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death caused to any person(s). 
19. Entrants grant PropertyMe unlimited rights to use and publish the footage recorded as part of their entry in pepretuity.
