Connecting with you at 26 events
We took part in 26 events this year, and getting out and meeting you in person was a real highlight for our team. The chats, swapping ideas and celebrating wins together reminded us just how strong this community is. One standout was the PM/ONE Conference, where we had the opportunity to connect with professionals from across the property management industry to reflect on the evolving role of Property Managers. There’s plenty more to come, stay tuned for more exciting events in 2026!
Building 100 features and enhancements with you
Every release this year came from your feedback and a lot of teamwork. We rolled out 100 features and enhancements, almost twice as many as last year! Around two thirds of those updates started with something you asked for, which helped guide where we spent our time and what we prioritised. Automations took out top gong for the most popular new feature in 2025 while other exciting ones we rolled out this year include Reply with AiMe and Kanban.
One of the biggest milestones was launching our new Grow CRM, opening an exciting new chapter as we work towards a seamless ecosystem for every real estate professional across property management, sales, leasing and BDM.

Learning together over 647 training sessions
This year, our training sessions brought the community together in a big way. Trainer Scott Lamin ran 647 live training sessions, with 5,188 people joining us for a huge 29,189 minutes of learning. Our session on end of financial year was the clear crowd favourite, with three dedicated sessions attracting 379 attendees across the series. Thanks for showing up, asking great questions and investing in getting even more value out of PropertyMe.
Sneak peeking at 6 The Loop webinars
If you like being the first to know, you were probably all over The Loop in 2025. We hosted six live episodes, giving you a front row seat to our latest features and updates before they officially dropped. Each session gave you an early look at what was coming next, with demos, walkthroughs and plenty of great questions. The most popular episode of the year focused on Automations, showing just how much time you can save in your day-to-day work.

Starting 249 conversations
Our PropertyMe Official User Group on Facebook user group sparked 249 community posts and welcomed 179 new members in the past 12 months. We love seeing how engaged everyone is and the way these conversations showed the real power of collaboration. PropertyMe users came together to share experiences, swap tips, ask questions and shape what we build next. Don’t get left out, be a part of the conversation and join our user group.
Welcoming 33 new MeMates
Our team had 33 new starters in 2025, including the full CRM team. Every new team member helped us move faster and build smarter. The team with the biggest growth was our brilliant Engineering team, strengthening our already strong capabilities in turning ideas into reality.

Sharing laughs over 207 Instagram reels
Our socials stayed busy throughout 2025, with 207 Instagram reels helping us continue the momentum from 2024 and connect with you in a fun, light-hearted way. The content was all about being relatable for Property Managers, while also sharing new releases, handy tips, industry updates, Partner spotlights and more.
