11 years ago we had the privilege of developing PropertyMe with a vision to support Property Managers to do their best work, unchained from the desk. Today as a company and a software platform, we continue to support agencies centralise their tech stack and scale with intention and ease, aligning our customer’s growth strategies with the tools to support their success.

In the first six months of 2024, we delivered a staggering five-feature lineup, full of highly requested features and ongoing refinements, finessing PropertyMe to deliver exactly what our industry wants and needs. With updates across Bills AI, the PropertyMe app for Tenants and Owners, Paperless Inspections, Rental Statics Reports and our latest Lease Renewals, the added value and efficiencies delivered across the past few months are staggering.

And the industry is responding with more enthusiasm than ever before. We are thrilled to welcome our 6,000th customer to PropertyMe, Opal Realty. After months of research, reviews and recommendations, Director Melissa Foggin found “It was clear to us if we wanted to grow as an agency that PropertyMe was the platform to be on.”

3,984km west of PropertyMe HQ, and 61km from Perth CBD, Opal Realty is a force to be reckoned with in their local market, growing from milestone to milestone of their own.
