With Job Templates, Checklists and Automations, you can standardise workflows, reduce manual work and keep every maintenance request moving from start to finish.

Start every maintenance request with Job Templates

Say goodbye to starting maintenance requests from scratch. Job Templates allow you to set up your most common maintenance scenarios so key details fill in automatically each time a new job is created. Pre-fill information such as:

  • Attending
  • Work Order Notes
  • Documents

Whether it’s a blocked drain, air conditioning issue or routine maintenance request, every job starts structured, consistent and ready to go in seconds.

Even better, templates can be applied retrospectively to jobs submitted through Client Access, so tenant-reported maintenance requests can still follow your agency’s standard process.

Great maintenance management relies on consistent execution.

With Checklists, you can map every step of a maintenance workflow directly inside a Job or Job Template.

Need to contact a strata manager before approving work? Add it to the checklist.

Need to confirm an invoice has been processed before closing the Job? Add it to the checklist.

Other enhancements

  • Jobs reported by tenants now display a counter in the sidebar, similar to the Inbox.
  • Tenant requests submitted through Client Access now display as an Activity item. You’ll also be able to see their original photos if you need them later.
