We’ve updated Jobs to match the same experience you’ve seen in Tasks and Lease Renewals.
It’s cleaner, easier to move through and designed to cut out extra steps. You can update key details like due date, assignee and priority directly from the list, without opening each job.
Autosave is now built in, so every change is captured instantly as you work. No saving, no double handling, no risk of losing progress if something pulls your attention away.
See what matters instantly with job priority levels
This one’s been high on the wish list for many Property Managers. You can now set a priority on every job, so it’s clear at a glance what needs attention first. Job priority levels include low, medium, high or urgent, helping you respond faster and stay on top of time-sensitive repairs.
Existing jobs are defaulted to medium priority, but you can update priorities in bulk, so you can stay organised without the manual effort.
Capture everything upfront with photos from the start
No more piecing things together after the fact. You can attach photos as you log the job, so the full context is there from the beginning and nothing gets missed.
When it’s time to share, download all images in one click or quickly send them via email straight from the Activity section. Fewer steps, less friction.
