Turn messages into action with faster ways to link Tasks and Jobs

In property management, it’s conversations that often spark the meaty pieces of work that clients really need done. Whether it’s quick snap from a Tenant or an SMS message about a new issue, these can become Tasks or Jobs that need attention. Our new Linking enhancements make it easier to turn those messages into action straight away, with less admin and no double handling.

A smoother way to link images from Chat

When a Tenant sends a photo through Chat, you can now link it to a Job and have it automatically appear in the Jobs gallery. No more downloading and re-uploading photos (hello increased phone storage!). Your images stay organised, up to date and ready for Owners, tradies or your team to view. It’s a tiny change that removes a lot of repetitive steps. 

Create a new Task or Job from conversations

Spot a new issue from Chat or SMS? You can now create a new Task or Job directly from that conversation thread. That means you’re no longer limited to linking only what already exists. This enhancement helps make sure that new work is captured the moment it appears, not piled on to an ever-growing mental to-do list.
