With this update, we’re giving you a clearer line of sight across your inspection workload, backed by real-time, filterable metrics that help everyone stay aligned and on top of their portfolio.

Sharper routine inspection insights in the Rental Statistics Report 

Picture this: it’s Monday morning, you open your reports to start the day. Instead of digging through different lists to figure out where inspections stand, the numbers you need are already clearly organised for you. That’s the experience the updated Rental Statistics Report now delivers, no matter which plan you’re on. 

A new set of real-time inspection metrics has been added, giving you instant visibility into how routine inspections are progressing across your team. You can see how many are active, overdue or completed. To get a snapshot of workload distribution, you can even drill down by team member or team. 

What is the Rental Statistics report? 

The Rental Statistics report brings together key performance indicators across your agency. It helps you spot trends and understand how your portfolio is tracking, enabling smarter ways to plan and identify areas of improvement. The Rental Statistics report covers areas including Management, Gains and Losses, Fees and more.

Real-time inspections metrics in the Insights Dashboard 

When you’re relying on Insights to guide your work planning, we get that you don’t want to wait for the latest data. Inspection widgets on the Insights Dashboard now use a new calculation method, updating these sets of inspection data in real time. 

The new real-time method now applies to the following widgets (available for users on a Standard plan or above): 

• Inspections overdue 

• Inspections completed 

• Inspections completed – entry 

• Inspections completed – routine 

• Inspections completed – exit 

A few widgets have also been removed for maintenance: 

• Inspections created – entry, routine and exit 

• Inspections due 

• Inspections inspected 

What is the Insights Dashboard?

The Insights Dashboard is your quick-access hub for portfolio performance, helping you make informed decisions without needing to run multiple reports. It brings together essential metrics including arrears, vacancy rates, average rents, gains and losses and more.
