PropertyMe welcomes Sarah Dawson as Chief Revenue Officer

We’re excited to announce Sarah Dawson has joined PropertyMe today as our new Chief Revenue Officer. With her extensive leadership and proptech experience, Sarah will play a key role in helping to guide PropertyMe through the next stages of our expansion.

David Scott, one of our founders, noted the addition of Sarah to the team is, “part of a wider strategy to double down on delivering a seamless customer journey that delights our customers at every touch point”.

On her new role, Sarah noted, “I am most looking forward to leading and supporting the team in creating new pathways and strategies to build on the extraordinary growth that PropertyMe has already achieved”. Sarah has spent her career embedded in the property management industry. Spending 16 years at Rockend in business development and account management, she holds an in-depth understanding of the needs of property managers and the key players in the property space. During her time at Real+ Sarah further developed this keen insight as she worked closely with some of the best property managers and industry experts in Australia.

Sarah noted, “In an ever changing market it is important to remain focused on how we can provide sound advice through the decision making process to enhance the opportunity for our customers’ growth and improved customer service.”

“It’s paramount to us that customers feel heard, appreciated and empowered every step of the way,” said David. “Our user experience is the focus of all our work. From nurturing open lines of communication with our customers, to delivering an unmatched sales journey, we are confident Sarah will help us further optimise the entire customer experience at PropertyMe.”

As CRO for PropertyMe, Sarah will continue her mission of “providing informative, educated advice to customers and sharing with them the solutions that will help them provide an outstanding customer experience,” to clients. “I am most excited about working alongside the team to uncover new opportunities for growth and about returning “home” to tech. My entire career has been driven by proptech. I am excited about the speed of change, the integration opportunities and working with a team that is dedicated to making the decision easy.”
