Kicking off 2025 with a bang, we launched our first major feature release of the year — an entirely reimagined Dashboard designed to suit every role in property management.

Our first feature release for 2025 — Your Dashboard, Reimagined!
After an iconic year of releases in 2024, we’ve jumped back into the rhythm with a completely reimagined Dashboard for all of our 35,000+ users! With customisation to suit every role from Reception to Property Manager, Leasing Associate to Director — we’ve got you all covered.
To celebrate the diversity of roles across our industry and the individuality of our users, this release video featured a special crew of unique Property Managers across Australia and New Zealand, sharing what makes them unique!

Our New Zealand Business Growth Manager, Antonette, didn’t need much convincing to visit the incredible team at Allhouse.co.nz — especially when dog pats were on offer! Between the cuddles and conversation, they dived into all things tech, innovation and marketing.
Fun fact: PropertyMe users in New Zealand can push listings directly to Allhouse, making property management even easier! It’s a paw-fect match!
Laing + Simmons Springboard
Sarah, Melanie and Chris joined the Laing+Simmons crew for a phenomenal Springboard event — a fantastic opportunity to connect, learn and share experiences. The welcoming atmosphere and engaging speakers brought plenty of laughs, moments of inspiration and even a few tears. They loved hearing from customers who shared their experiences with our latest features and how they’re making a difference in their day-to-day work.
