February Release: Your Dashboard, Reimagined

After a phenomenal 2024 with over 54 feature releases and enhancements, we are thrilled to be bringing more momentum to 2025, with our first feature release, the stunning new customisable Dashboard!

In addition to being thoughtfully designed to cleanly display your most used metrics, there have been some serious modifications under the hood, combining to bring an all-new powerhouse of insights.

Keeping in mind the unique priorities and workflows of Portfolio Managers, Trust Accountants, Leasing Associates, Receptionists, Principals and Department Heads, the new Dashboard is customisable to suit you. So whether you like the full picture of 20 widgets and 56 metrics, or prefer to focus on a couple of metrics that drive success in your role, there is an option to suit you.

Design your Dashboard today

It’s so easy to get started with your Dashboard customisation, thanks to our handy new (fruits)

Easily customise your dashboard by rearranging widgets with drag and drop, adding or removing widgets, and resetting to the default layouts.

For those users who switch between laptop and desktop, or like to play around with their screen size or split views, you can create a unique view for both!

While in edit mode, you can toggle widgets between “detailed” and “simple” views using the expand/shrink button. The detailed view provides a comprehensive breakdown of key metrics, while the simple view focuses on high-level insights in a more compact format.

So what’s under the hood?

We’re so glad you asked because there are some seriously cool enhancements in this release!

New widgets and metrics

We have added two new widgets to the Dashboard: Rentals, Renewals and Inbox, along with additional metrics on some existing widgets including Rent Arrears, Jobs, Vacancies, Keys and Inspection Planning.

Each widget features a help button in the top right corner, linking to the Knowledge Base for more details on metric calculations.

Smarter filtering and custom defaults

Widgets such as Rent Arrears, Vacancies and Jobs now include a dropdown filter, allowing you to target a specific set of metrics. You can also change the default while customising your dashboard.

An Activity Panel upgrade

We haven’t forgotten about your Activity Panel, the quick reference for the ever-growing list of Tasks and priorities. Easily track what’s due, up next and past activities with new sorting by due dates.

The search bar lets you quickly find activities related to specific terms. And new filtering options allow you to focus on task types such as Tasks, Jobs, Inspections, Emails, SMS and Documents.

So whether you like to batch work by property, due dates or activity, you’re covered! You can even quickly jump into a colleague’s list to check priorities and assist on busy days or cover urgent Tasks while on leave.
