With 25 years in real estate, starting as an Office Manager at Ray White in Brisbane, I bring deep expertise in both sales and rental trust accounting. Now operating independently, I specialise in fixing complex trust issues, reconciliations and end-to-end trust management for agencies.

I have been in real estate for 25 years, – commenced as an Office Manager looking after both the sales and rental trusts for a Ray White office in Brisbane.

I then transitioned to working directly for a database for 13 years. I have worked for myself in 2021 helping Real Estate Agents manage their Trust Accounts for both rentals and sales.

Work usually starts when a reconciliation has not been done for some time and needs to be bought up to date or when a major mistake was made that needs rectification.

I work in rental trust accounts in receipting, payouts, creditor invoices, ledger, running end of month and closing off, EOFY Sstatements and providing audit documentation.

I am always happy to work with a “one off” error in the trust, working with auditors to ensure they are happy with the “fix” solution I offer or in fact total management of the trust.
