PropertyMe
As the sun sets on the final days of summer, we find ourselves bidding farewell to the long days and humid weather. The diligent efforts over the first few months of 2024 have culminated in the much-anticipated double feature release of Bills AI and Paperless Entry Inspections, a testament to the tireless dedication of our team. Now, with the autumn breeze bringing more opportunities to interact with our community and the prospect of cozier days, we eagerly await the unfolding chapters that lie ahead. Over the coming months, our hearts are set on strengthening bonds and fostering a sense of togetherness. With that being said, take a moment to join us on this journey and check out what we got up to in February.
February, whilst a short month was a jampacked one for the team as we worked emphatically to release our highly requested double feature, Bills AI and Paperless Entry Inspections! This release was monumental for all teams and set the benchmark for the level of innovation we will continue to strive for in 2024. We want to extend a hand to our Engineering and Product teams who worked around the clock, listening to the needs of our community to get these features up and running. If you’d like more information on our new features, keep on reading.
Bills AI allows you to enhance your every day with the power of AI. While we know the word AI can drum up some scepticism, it allows you to focus your attention on the ‘human’ aspects of your role, such as growing your business. We’ve used AI to process your bills, as it reads carbon copy and tradie scrawl, eliminating single bill processing! Take a look here.
Paperless Entry Inspections allow you to stay organised and improve efficiency and visibility by putting you in control. Remain completely paperless, while allowing your tenants to access what they need in real time. Live tracking, automation and alerts also mean there is no more checking off to-do lists or calendar entries to keep on top of due dates with full visibility across the status of Inspections including pending, unopened or completed. Take a look here.
We were overjoyed to have not only Product Manager, Peter Vellonio and Onboarding Team Leader, Christina Strelka back on The Loop this month, but also a surprise guest Product Manager, Pradeepa Navaratnarajah. Thank you so much for taking the time out of your lunch break to join us, prepped with your questions and ongoing support. If you haven’t already, we strongly encourage you to check it out here.

With technology and legislation constantly changing it makes your role as a Property Manager feel overwhelming at times. However, it doesn’t have to be that way as Hermoine provides practical insights on how to manage and beat the fatigue that naturally occurs in such an evolving industry.
