June Release: Gains, Growth and Getting EOFY-Ready

June has landed, and with it comes a wave of enhancements, helpful updates and a fresh new look for Client Access.

As EOFY approaches, we know it’s all hands-on deck for Property Managers — and this month’s updates are designed to help you get ahead of the rush.

From sharper business insights to a more streamlined client experience, there’s plenty to unpack. Here’s everything you need to know.

More clarity with Gains and Losses Reporting

If you’ve ever wanted a clearer picture of where your growth is coming from — or where it’s going — this one is for you.

We’ve rolled out a series of enhancements to our Gains and Losses features, making it easier than ever to track how your rent roll is performing.

Whether you’re looking to understand why managements are lost or where your newest referrals are coming from, the new tools put better insights at your fingertips.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Smarter tracking for managements gained and lost.
  • Refined reporting logic — it’s no longer dependent on property status.
  • Real-time updates — no need to wait overnight.
  • Detailed reporting views — including rental stats, monthly agency insights and more.

Plus, with better ways to track change of ownership, updated wizard workflows and easier reporting, you can now drill into trends and performance without jumping through hoops.

💡 Hot tip: Gains don’t show in reports until a gained date is entered — so you can hold off on adding that date until the property starts generating income.

Client Access just got an upgrade — your owners and tenants will love the new look!

Owners and tenants will now see a refreshed desktop version of Client Access. All the features they know and love are still there — it’s just easier to navigate and better aligned with the modern look of PropertyMe.

Owners will still be able to:

  • View income and expenses,
  • Access financial statements,
  • Check upcoming inspections and maintenance,
  • See property and manager details.

In addition to this, tenants can continue to use MePay, log maintenance, complete routines and more — with a cleaner layout to match.

Plus, owners can now directly see their Property Manager’s contact details, one of the most requested updates we’ve received.

If you haven’t sent your Client Access update message yet, now’s the time. We’ve dropped a ready-to-go message template into your PropertyMe messages so you can keep owners and tenants in the loop!

EOFY, simplified

It’s that time again — and we’ve made it easier than ever to manage.

The well-loved 10-step EOFY checklist is now available as a system Task Template for Standard and Premium customers. This means you can:

  • Clone and customise it to suit your agency,
  • Automate key steps,
  • Assign tasks across your team,
  • Track EOFY progress from one central view.

And if you’re on a Basic plan, don’t worry — the checklist is still available in our Knowledge Base

Not sure where to start? Join our EOFY training sessions running at 11am (AEST) on June 18 and 26.

These sessions cover everything from disbursements to owner financial summaries. They are a great way to level up — whether you’re new to trust accounting or just need a refresher.

In case you missed it: Chat + Unified Inbox

We’re still buzzing from the recent release of Chat — our latest communication tool that lives right inside your Unified Inbox. It’s cost-free, trackable and offers a seamless way to chat with owners and tenants in real time.

And with the addition of read receipts and integrated threads, you can see conversations clearly and stay on top of communications, without extra add-on fees.
