MCP
How it works

Connect once, then use natural language to work with your portfolio:

Look things up

  • “What’s in progress for 22 Beach St?”
  • “Who are the tenants with upcoming lease renewals?”
  • “Show me all outstanding maintenance jobs.”

Search and summarise - search properties, contacts, tasks and jobs and see the results in context.

  • “How many open inspections are due on my Lee St property this week?”
  • “List my upcoming lease renewals that haven’t yet been started.”

MCP
