A certification of registration is the starting point to becoming a real estate agent or property manager in New South Wales. After receiving a Statement of Attainment from the Real Estate Institute of New South Wales (REINSW), you can apply for a certificate of registration as an assistant agent, which allows you to perform entry-level roles before transitioning to class 2 and class 1 licences.
