PropertyMe’s AiMe Connect
Competition Terms and Conditions
- The Promoter is Property Me Pty Ltd (A.B.N 46 163 276 159).
- Entry into any competition run by the Promoter is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
- Entrants must be 18 years or over. Employees, contractors and judges of the Promoter, their immediate family members (spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling), and employees of agencies or suppliers associated with this Promotion are ineligible.
- Entrants must be based in Australia or New Zealand and must be an authorised user of a current PropertyMe Advanced subscription at a registered Australian or New Zealand residential real estate agency. Proof of such is required at the discretion of the Promoter.
- All entries must be received by the Promoter via the competition entry form at /aime-connect-competition between 7th October 2026, 12:30PM AEDT and 13th November 2026, 5:00pm AEDT.
- To enter, entrants must complete the entry form in full. This includes a description of how they are using AiMe Connect and the benefit to their agency and a copy of the prompt, skill or workflow. Incomplete entries will not be judged.
- A maximum of three entries per person. Where more than three entries are submitted by the same person, only the first three received will be judged, determined by the time each entry form was submitted. Any further entries will be disregarded.
- This Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Entries will be judged on innovation, demonstrated time or effort saved, how readily other agencies could adopt the idea and clarity of explanation. Judging will be carried out by the Promoter.
- Judging will take place on or around 18th November 2026 at Level 22/171 Sussex St, Sydney NSW 2000. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering, entrants grant the Promoter a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free licence to use, reproduce, publish, adapt and make available the prompt, skill or workflow they submit, for marketing purposes and for use by other PropertyMe users. The Promoter will not publish any screenshot, recording, file or other material supplied.
- The Promoter reserves the right to extend the entry period at its discretion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion at any time.
- The winner will be announced publicly on or around 24 November 2026. The announcement may be made at The Loop, on the Promoter's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn), or both, at the Promoter's discretion. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form at the time of the announcement. Winners agree to have their name and agency announced publicly for competition purposes.
- The winner will receive one iPhone Duo. If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
- The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the prize issuer.
- The prize is non-transferable, does not roll over and is not redeemable for cash or credit.
- The winner must respond to the Promoter's notification email within 5 business days of the date it is sent. If the winner does not respond within that period, the entry is forfeited, the winner will have no further claim to the prize and the Promoter may select another winner from the remaining valid entries judged against the same criteria. The Promoter is not required to make further attempts to contact a winner who does not respond. This clause applies equally to any replacement winner.
- The winner will receive their prize within 60 days of the announcement date. Prizes will be sent to the email address or physical address provided by the winner.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law), the Promoter takes no responsibility for prize damage or loss and will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, damage or loss in transit of the prize.
- Personal information collected through the entry form will be used by the Promoter to administer this Promotion and to contact entrants in relation to it. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy.
- This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.
- By entering and participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to:
- the entrant's participation in the Promotion, or
- the entrant's participation in any prize related activities, acceptance of a prize and/or use or misuse of a prize, including without limitation any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person or persons.
- By entering, the entrant warrants that: (a) the submission is their original work or the work of their agency; (b) they have the authority of their agency principal or licensee to submit it and grant the licence in clause 10; (c) the submission does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party; and (d) the entrant consents to any act or omission by the Promoter that would otherwise infringe their moral rights in the submission.
- Submissions must not contain personal information of tenants, owners, landlords, applicants or any other third party, or confidential information of the entrant's agency. The Promoter may remove such information from, any entry that does.
- The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false or misleading information, submits material that is offensive, defamatory or unlawful, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- If two or more entries are judged equal, the Promoter will award the prize to the entry scoring highest on [innovation].
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected, including due to technical failure of the entry form or website.
- The Promoter may verify the eligibility of the winner before awarding the prize and may disqualify a winner who cannot provide proof of eligibility within 5 business days of request.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from the prize. Entrants should seek independent financial advice. Any GST liability on the prize is the responsibility of the Promoter.
- Entries must comply with the AiMe Connect terms of use. Submissions describing use of AiMe Connect outside those terms will not be judged.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
