Tasks, Templates and Checklists on the run

Whether you are charging through tasks between appointments, or simply taking your iPad outside to work in the sun, your workflow now goes where you do, ensuring you stay organised on the go.

You can create, edit, and manage tasks directly from your devices with your full suite of Templates and Checklists available on your device with PropertyMe Agent for iOS users.

With mobile Task management features like search, filters, priority and due dates you can even manage task documents on the run with uploads of photos, PDFs and all-new scan to pdf functions.

From Inspections to Jobs, Documents, photos and notes, mobile Tasks is yet another way PropertyMe is empowering mobile-first Property Management.

Document scanning and mobile uploads

Now not only can you scan printed documents into a multi-page PDF using your device, for professional-looking documents on the go, but you can also upload SMS and email attachments straight into Tasks from your phone. Forget about reminders for when you’re at you’re “back at the office”, everything can be organised where and when you need it. 

Lease Renewals Enhancements

Just three weeks after the release of incredibly received Lease Renewals, we’re adding some valuable enhancements and updates all from our user feedback feedback!

In addition to the features seen in the Lease Renewals release, Property Managers can now;

• Relate emails from the Inbox to a specific Lease Renewal; ensuring all relevant communications are easily accessible and organized.
• Publish Documents to Landlord and Tenant Access portals.
• Complete Tasks and Jobs directly from the Lease Renewals page
• Access tenancy-related message templates from the summary view and the Lease Renewls hub
• Send custom email and SMS messages to Owners and Tenants directly from the Lease Renewal hub
• Enjoy improved colours and scrolling for better usability

A new look sidebar and menu 

As part of our ongoing project to refresh the look and feel of PropertyMe, we’ve re-styled and re-ordered the sidebar and top menu for easier navigation and usability.
