July Release: Tasks, Templates and Checklists

In this month’s release, we are excited to announce the launch of these highly anticipated features to take control of your to-do list like never before:

• New Task fields to effortlessly sort and prioritise
• Dynamic Checklists to stay focused and on-track
• Task Templates you can save to streamline and systemise your process

We have also added CommBiz BPAY to our list of accepted file import types. Read on to learn more about these powerful features.

Tasks, Templates and Checklists

Task status and priority

Tasks are available for all subscribers.

Agents now have the ability to effortlessly assign and track Tasks based on status and priority. Stay organised and in control as you easily identify the progress of each task and meet deadlines with ease.

Tasks can be categorised as “To Do”, “In Progress”, “Pending” or “Completed” to track their progress.

To assign priority Tasks can be labelled as “High”, “Medium”, or “Low” to determine their relative importance.

Checklists

Checklists are available for users on Standard and Premium subscriptions.

Agents can now stay on top of to-do list items with dynamic Checklists. Tasks can be broken down into manageable steps with the ability to add, edit, delete, reorder and complete checklist items seamlessly within each Task.

To stay on top of your progress while completing items and make it easy to collaborate in real time Checklists record who has completed the item with a timestamp.

Templates

Templates are available for users on Standard and Premium subscriptions.

Agents now have the ability to create and customise Templates with predefined Checklists, descriptions, and labels, accessible to your entire team for seamless reuse. This time-saving solution eliminates the need to start from scratch with every Task, ensuring consistency, efficiency and optimal collaboration.

It’s quick and easy to apply a Template to a Task with a single click. Templates can be further customised as needed for each Task.

Task activity recording

With detailed visibility into the creation and completion of Tasks, Checklist items, and Task Templates, it’s simple to monitor the status of each process. You can now see who created a Task and marked it as completed, as well as who completed individual Checklist items within a Task.

CommBiz BPAY transaction file import

Transaction file imports are available for all subscribers.

The CommBiz BPAY transaction file has been added to our list of accepted file import types. After downloading the BPAY file from CommBiz you can simply import the file into PropertyMe in order to receipt your received BPAY transactions.
