August Release: Filters, Templates and sidebar update

In this month’s release, we are excited to announce several improvements to Tasks, Paid Bills, Reminders and Key Management. Here’s what’s new:

  • We’ve introduced a new filtering option to make it easier for you to find overdue and due Tasks
  • You can filter paid Bills by selecting from a predefined paid date timeframe or search using the custom date range fields
  • You can quickly access the Reminders and Key Management pages through the PropertyMe sidebar

Search due today and overdue Tasks

We have introduced a new filtering feature that allows you to easily filter Tasks that are due today and overdue. This filter functions similarly to the previous Due tab and can be applied to the Active, To Do, In Progress and Pending tabs.

Filter Paid Bills by paid date range

It’s now easier to view when a bill was paid via the Paid Bills tab, by referring to the newly introduced Paid Date column. By default, it displays the recently paid bills at the top, within the last seven days.

You now have the ability to filter Paid Bills using the Paid Date filter. You can choose from predefined timeframes such as Today, Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days and more.

Alternatively, you can search using the custom date range fields.

Sidebar accessibility for Reminders and Key Management

You can now access the Reminders and Key Management pages directly from the sidebar menu, ensuring swift and effortless navigation.

Additionally, we’ve reorganised the location of Reminder Templates, placing them within the Reminders page for a more intuitive experience.
