This month’s release not only improves upon our recently launched Paperless Inspection Reports but also introduces significant updates to Bills AI and the first glimpse of our new look User Interface (UI). Enhanced photo upload experience in PropertyMe app
Following positive feedback on our feature that allows tenants to complete Entry Inspection Reports, we have upgraded the photo upload experience in the latest PropertyMe app update. Tenants can now easily monitor the status of their uploads and re-upload photos if necessary due to connectivity issues or other interruptions.
Seamless Exit Inspection Reports with Agent signatures
We are thrilled to announce that Agent signatures can now be seamlessly applied to Exit Inspection Reports. Whether you are using the main web app or the PropertyMe Agent mobile app, you can finalize your Exit Inspection Reports digitally, eliminating the need for cumbersome paper-based processes. This update ensures that all users can complete their reports efficiently and from anywhere.
First look: new UI profile page
Celebrating a decade of service, we’ve begun a project to revamp the user interface of PropertyMe, starting with the User Profile page. This new design not only modernises the look but also enhances functionality, making it easier than ever to update your details and connect with your clients.
Introducing an improved Bills AI onboarding experience
Our newly redesigned Bills AI onboarding page now includes progress indicators and faster navigation, improving the clarity and ease of setup. Rental Statistics Report now includes team filtering
Filtering by teams is now available in the Rental Statistics Report. This new feature allows you to access the Manager filter at the bottom of the report or use the search function to locate specific teams quickly.
