As the weather warmed up, activity at PropertyMe did too. From industry events to celebrations closer to home, our team has been busy connecting, learning and building relationships in the community. Take a look at some of the highlights.
At our very own PartnerMe Conference, valued PropertyMe Partners came together at our Sydney HQ to connect, collaborate and shape the future of our community.
It was inspiring to see Partners and the PropertyMe team sharing ideas, reflecting on wins, and exploring opportunities to work even more closely together. The day highlighted the strength of our network and the energy that comes from working as a community.
We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us and are excited to keep building these connections as we go further together!
From Sydney to the Gold Coast and across to Auckland, our team joined some of the industry’s biggest conversations this quarter. Each event offered fresh perspectives, shared challenges and plenty of inspiration for the road ahead.
PropertyMe joined hundreds of passionate property management professionals at the very first PM/ONE Conference in Sydney. Some thought-provoking topics included growing customer expectations, recruitment and retention, changing legislation and compliance. The biggest insight? Property Managers are playing a greater role as they become trusted advisors for clients as the industry landscape changes. Read more insights from the conference.
We love celebrating the success of the incredible talent across the property management industry. In Melbourne, Rachel Cosson (Business Development Manager – VIC) and Scott Lamin (Customer Training Officer) attended the first Woodards Real Estate Gala Awards Ball in style. Congratulations to everyone who took out awards on the night!
Sarah Dawson (Chief Customer Officer), Scott Dolce (Head of Customer Success) and Melanie Cetinich (Head of Sales) headed to the Gold Coast for the Business of Real Estate conference. Automation and AI were big talking points, along with the role of brand and culture. The message was clear: while technology is moving fast, people and culture are what make agencies thrive.
Across the ditch, Chris Craft (Business Development Manager) represented PropertyMe at the Tenancy Master Conference in Auckland. Attending New Zealand’s largest property management conference gave our team the chance to connect with local Property Managers about real issues they face every day.
There’s always something going on at PropertyMe. Here’s a snapshot of what the team got up to in the past few months.
To show our support for LGBTQIA+ youth and to promote acceptance and equality, we celebrated Wear It Purple Day at PropertyMe HQ. The office was filled with purple merch, sweet treats (yes, we love our cupcakes) and plenty of colour as the team came together. It was a true reminder of the importance of inclusion and celebrating diversity at PropertyMe.
September also saw our teams lace up for Steptember, raising funds for early detection and therapy for babies with cerebral palsy. Five PropertyMe teams together racked up a whopping 4.4 million steps (that’s about the same as walking the full distance from Sydney to Cairns)! It was a fun challenge that not only got us moving but also connected us with a bigger cause.
PropertyMe is growing! If you’re passionate about how tech can enhance property management and want to be part of the action, PropertyMe might just be the place for you. Check out who we’re looking for below or explore all our job openings on our careers board.
