PropertyMe
As of the 21st of June, we’ve officially passed the shortest day of the year, meaning that summer is on the horizon. Okay, so that might be wishful thinking as the temperatures are still in the single digits. However, our spirits are high and moods lifted as we reach the new financial year, symbolic of fresh starts and an opportunity to improve our processes and platform for the rest of the calendar year. The planning sessions and prospect of new projects that the new financial year brings always leave us feeling inspired and ready to get our knuckles dirty… metaphorically speaking of course.
With that being said reflection is equally important, so let’s look at what we got up to over June!
Most notably, our June Release was the main focus for the team over the past month, with all departments having a hand in bringing it to life. We were excited to release four highly requested enhancements to improve your day-to-day productivity and usability. Please welcome — Tasks, Templates and Checklists on the run, document scanning and mobile uploads, Lease Renewals enhancements and a new look sidebar and menu.
For the on-the-go Property Manager, we’ve now released Tasks, Templates and Checklists on iOS devices. You can create, edit, and manage tasks directly from your devices with your full suite of Templates and Checklists available on your device with PropertyMe Agent for iOS users. Whether you are charging through tasks between appointments, or simply taking your iPad outside to work in the sun, your workflow now goes where you do, ensuring you stay organised on the go.
Notably, just three weeks after the release of Lease Renewals the team has worked around the clock to bring your valuable feedback to life. You can now relate emails from the Inbox to a specific Lease Renewal, publish documents, complete Tasks and Jobs, access tenancy-related message templates and send custom email and SMS messages. Talk about a one-stop shop!
Lastly, if you’re a regular PropertyMe user you would have noticed that we’ve enhanced the look and feel of the sidebar and menu. Now sporting our iconic gradient, the sidebar and menu are the first stages in our overall enhancement of the platform. So keep your eyes peeled!
To complement our June Release, Product Manager, Peter and Onboarding Team Leader, Christina hosted our The Loop EOFY livestream. Not only did they discuss our new feature enhancements in greater detail, but they were also joined by Tam from Balance Rec N Roll to delve deeper into all things EOFY. From discussing the basics of EOFY to your specific community questions, they covered all bases. If you missed it, don’t worry you can catch up here.
In mid-June, we were delighted to welcome Melanie Cetinich to the team as our new Head of Sales, based in Sydney. Melanie joins us from Salesforce where she was the Sales Development Manager. She’s already hit the ground running, by imparting her wisdom on the team during EOFY where stress and tensions can run high. We can’t wait to see how Melanie takes our sales strategy to new heights and connects with our existing community. If you see her around, don’t be afraid to say hello!
Don’t fret, our previous Head of Sales, Fiona Mott, continues to be an integral part of the fabric of PropertyMe and as such has moved to a Head of Relationships role!
If you’re familiar with the PropertyMe team or caught us at AREC 2024, you’d be very aware that our growing Sales Team services all of Australia and New Zealand. With a focus on meeting face-to-face and being connected to their local communities, our Sales Team are based all across the region. So, it’s a treat when we can get them all together IRL in our Sydney office. After welcoming Melanie to the team as Head of Sales and Normie as our Business Development Manager for Western Australia, there was no better time to get them together than the present. We were stoked to have their smiling faces and upbeat attitudes warm up the office in chilly June. Want to connect with the Sales Team? Click here.
After recently welcoming AskNicely to the PropertyMe family as Integrators, we were itching to get Casey Corrigan on to discuss all things customer loyalty management and NPS for better business outcomes. Chatting to Marketing Manager, Kate, the pair discussed everything from the basics of NPS, to how to measure the intangible value you deliver to your customers. We highly recommend you take a listen here.
So there you have it, a peek into June at PropertyMe! As we move into the winter months, we’re excited to continue innovating and connecting with you, our community. Make sure you stay in The Loop and subscribe to our product updates and new features here.
