It’s official, we’ve survived the middle of winter! We can now look forward to longer days and warmer temperatures as we focus on the latter half of the year. That said, it would be remiss of us not to mention how quickly the first half of the year has flown by. Between conferences, international trips, five features, 26 updates and countless The Loop live streams we’ve been a busy bunch at PropertyMe. There’s no sign of that slowing down as we ramp up our innovation and projects in anticipation of an exciting and jam-packed end to 2024. With that being said we encourage you to take a look at what chilly July held for the team, beyond far too many rainy days.
6,000 customers milestone
What started as a vision to support Property Managers to do their best work, unchained from their desk has turned into a community of 6,000 agencies bound together by their innovative spirit. We were overjoyed to reach our biggest milestone yet in mid-July and wasted no time welcoming our 6,000th office to the PropertyMe community.
Chief Customer Officer, Sarah and Marketing Manager, Kate popped over to the sunny West Coast to welcome Opal Realty and celebrate how they’ve hit the ground running with PropertyMe. Whilst we got to celebrate with them in person, we wanted to make it known that we are so thankful for each and every one of you, your continued support and invaluable feedback have allowed us to make PropertyMe what it is today. This is only the beginning!
National Property Manager’s Day
In the spirit of celebration, we wanted to wish you all a Happy Belated National Property Manager’s Day! Your continued work does not go unnoticed by our team, as we’re constantly in awe of your ability to multitask and be all-round property management superheroes.
We were given the privilege to tell you this in person at both the Property Management Partners brunch and Hodges luncheon down in Victoria. Software Trainer, Scott and Head of Relationships, Fiona were in attendance and remarked on how positive and uplifting both of the events were from spectacular scenery, traditional African drummers and mimosas (of course). The day was a fantastic opportunity for us to connect with our community, we can’t wait to see you in person again shortly.
July Release
Another month, another release from the team. With a focus on feature releases in 2024, we can confidently say that we’ve made a concerted effort to keep the updates rolling. This especially rings true for July, as we released an additional eight enhancements and one new integrator.
Most notably, we released one of our community’s favourite features: Tasks on our PropertyMe Mobile App for Android Users. Beyond that, we added more tenancy-related Insights metrics to the Insights dashboard to provide you with more reporting capabilities than ever before. Lastly, we wanted to flag the ability to assign a Lease Renewal to a specific portfolio, making it much easier to foster team communication and collaboration.
