We’ll begin by asking the age-old question, how is it already February? Our continued hard work and opportunities to socialise with the team made January fly by. With that being said we did slow down from time to time to reflect on the previous year, plan for 2024 and contemplate setting personal and professional resolutions for the year. Whether your resolution is to drum up more business, run a half marathon or simply spend more time relaxing, we hope you achieve your goals and make the most of what 2024 has to offer. So, take a look at what we got up to over the last month, as well as a teaser of what’s to come shortly!
PMP Planning Dinner
There’s no better way to start the year off than a planning dinner with our partners, to discuss what the year holds and how we can provide an elevated experience for our community. We were truly spoilt as Nina Sutton from Property Management Partners put on a delectable planning dinner at the Australian Open in Melbourne. Between rallies, we were busy discussing the future of Property Management, as well as the exciting events we have to enjoy with our customers over 2024. Head of Sales and Customer Success, Fiona Mott attended on behalf of PropertyMe and had a blast catching up with our partners Tapi, Inspection Express and Balance Rec N Roll to name a few. We can’t wait to show you all what we’ve got in store this year!
Laing + Simmons are modernising Property Management with PropertyMe
Back in late 2023, we had the pleasure of escaping the hustle and bustle of the city by heading to the Northern Beaches, where we filmed with the corporate team at Laing+Simmons. Championed by Head of Property Management, Michael Anania the team have utilised PropertyMe to streamline their modern tenancy practices. Laing + Simmons have just launched their new business model, which allows business owners to spend time prospecting and building client relationships, as their tenancy going-ons are managed at a corporate level. We are honoured to be able to assist them in elevating this process as well as with revolutionising the industry. Welcome back celebrations
As the New Year began quicker than any of us expected, we swooped at the chance to take a break and welcome our new team members who joined PropertyMe at the end of 2023. The team enjoyed an in-office happy hour, complete with some tunes and plenty of laughter. It was great to see our Engineering, Product, Marketing and IT teams come together and share the joy and relaxed spirit that we all felt over the Christmas break. Once again, welcome to our new team members and welcome back to our existing team, we can’t wait to continue working hard and celebrating the small things together.
The Loop: January Release

Yes, you read that right, we’re hiring! As our team continually expands, we are always looking for accomplished and eager individuals to join us. We’re currently looking for three new Software Engineers to join our hardworking Engineering team, as well as a Receptionist to serve as the face of PropertyMe for both staff and industry professionals entering the office. New Year, same focus
We’re so excited about the New Year, as we have so many exciting new features and events coming your way!
