How to manage your team’s CPD records with PropertyMe Contact Compliance 

In a busy real estate office, keeping on top of everyone’s CPD (Continuing Professional Development) records and license renewals can quickly become overwhelming — especially when your team spans multiple roles, locations and license classes. 

That’s where PropertyMe’s Contact Compliance feature becomes a game changer. 

Rather than juggling spreadsheets, reminders and folders, Contact Compliance centralises everything. It lets you store certificates securely, set automated reminders, and manage renewals without the risk of something slipping through the cracks.  

Whether you’re overseeing one office or ten, the process is streamlined, integrated with your PropertyMe Dashboard and designed to keep your business compliant with ease. 

Here’s how to manage CPD records for your team using PropertyMe: 

✅ Step-by-step: Managing CPD in PropertyMe 

Add your team to contacts 

  • Go to the contacts section in PropertyMe. 
  • Add each team member is listed as a contact. 
  • Use a label such as “Team” to group them for easier filtering. 

Set up Compliance templates 

  • Navigate to the Compliance tab. 
  • Create templates for: 
  • CPD Records, and 
  • License Renewals. 
  • We recommend setting the due dates for every 12 months, even if the license itself runs longer. This ensures you regularly review and catch any changes before they become issues. 

Filter and review Compliance items 

  • In Compliance, filter by individual team member or by compliance type (e.g. CPD Records or License Renewal). 
  • Items that are out of date will appear in red — these are your priority. 

Mark items as complete 

  • Click into a Compliance item that’s due. 
  • Upload the relevant certificates and notes. 
  • Hit Complete. The system will automatically update the next due date (e.g. from 2026 to 2027). 

Access saved certificates anytime 

  • For completed compliance items, you can view all saved documents and notes attached — ideal for audits or internal reviews. 

Stay across everything in Your Dashboard 

Your customisable Dashboard can be used to monitor upcoming or overdue compliance across the team at a glance.
