Send images, PDFs and other documents to tenants and owners directly within a conversation in just a few clicks. You’ll love how quickly you can send things like inspection photos, lease documents or condition reports. What’s more, every file will be automatically linked to the relevant property and contact, so no one gets confused.
For those days when you’re working on the go, simply jump onto the PropertyMe Agent app, where you can share files straight from your phone (for both Android and iOS users). Because you shouldn’t have to wait until you’re back at your desk to send important files.
Save time with ready-to-send message templates
Ever found yourself rewriting the same message when the same scenario comes up every few weeks? We’ve all been there.
New message templates in Chat removes that repetition, saving you from having to retype or search for previous messages to copy and paste. You can save templates for common scenarios like lease renewals, inspection reminders or maintenance follow-ups.
Control how your communications are sent by setting your templates to send via SMS, Chat, both Chat and SMS, or fall back to SMS if Chat isn’t available. With message templates, you’ll always sound professional.
Keep records with downloadable Chat history
Keeping clear communication records just got easier.
You can now download Chat and SMS threads directly from the conversation view, whether it’s the full history or messages from a specific time frame. It’s perfect for compliance, audits, tribunals or simply if you want to keep a transparent record of important conversations.
With everything saved and accessible when you need it, you’ll always have the details on hand to back up every interaction.
Get faster responses with smarter push notifications
No one likes being left wondering whether someone read your message. We’ve made it easier for owners and tenants to stay engaged by upgrading push notifications in the PropertyMe app, for both Android and iOS.
Now, instead of a generic “New message” alert, they’ll see a real preview of your Chat message (if notifications are enabled). By being able to see the message at a glance without needing to open the app, they’ll be able to respond faster to important messages.
