It’s officially spring, the season to refresh and renew. Kicking it off, we’ve given one of our favourite features a new look. Previously Reminders, we’ve updated it to more accurately reflect its purpose, Compliance. With that we’ve released a brand new feature, Contact Compliance.
Beyond that, we’ve also updated some of our existing features to streamline your workflow and provide you with more reporting metrics than ever before. Finally, we’ve unveiled a new way to view your Integrators, allowing you to spring-clean your tech stack.
Let’s take a deep dive into our latest release!
This highly requested feature allows you to keep up to date with your Supplier’s Insurance so you never risk sending a Job to a supplier with an expired policy. Designed to help you stay ahead of risk, Contact Compliance is the sister feature to our existing Property Compliance feature.
While previously, you would have to attach a Compliance to a Property, this new feature allows you to connect it to a Contact instead. So you can keep track of suppliers’ annual insurance renewals, new business prospects, or any recurring event that requires an action for a contact, like supplier insurance.
How do you distinguish between Contact and Property Compliance? Simply change the toggle from Property to Contact and attach our new supplier insurance template to all suppliers who need to provide you with their up-to-date renewal policies, so they can appear in your Due list.
How does this feature help you get ahead of risk? When assigning a Job or Quote request to a Supplier, if they have an overdue supplier insurance compliance or one coming up within the next 30 days, an Alert banner will display to notify you so you can decide whether or not you still want that Supplier to head out to the property.

Our Rental Statistics Report is one of the best ways to track your performance and rent roll as a Property Manager. To make it even more insightful, we’ve added two new metrics: transacted fees, rent reviews and adjustments.
Categorised under management fees, letting fees, rental advertising fees and other agency fees. For these fees to appear correctly grouped in the report, ensure that the relevant categories are assigned within your Chart of Accounts.
Track total completed and overdue rent reviews, as well as rent adjustments, broken down into increases, decreases and the average adjustment amount by dollar value and percentage.

There’s no better feeling than closing a Task for the final time! However, sometimes you need to attach one last email or SMS after it’s been closed. This can be time-consuming and pesky. Not anymore, with our next enhancement.
You can now attach emails and SMS to closed Tasks, Jobs, Inspections or Lease Renewals. Simply link the email or SMS to those closed entities instead of re-opening them before linking. A drop-down box will appear prompting you to tick ‘Include closed’ so you can search for your closed items when linking an email or SMS.
If you’re an avid community member, you would’ve seen that we launched our PropertyMe Marketplace last week. We were excited to launch our new in-app Marketplace that allows you to view our 3rd party integrated apps and services. You can also filter the list to navigate Integrators in certain categories.
The update gives you more control and visibility! You can filter by Connected apps to get a breakdown of all your connected integrations. If you no longer require your portfolio to be connected to an Integrator, simply click ‘Disconnect’ to remove the integration.
