As April draws to a close, it’s hard to believe how swiftly the month has flown by, with the echoes of laughter still lingering from April Fools’ Day, we find ourselves embracing the subtle shift in the air as temperatures begin to dip, hinting at the onset of cooler days ahead. As we reflect on the flurry of activity, team meetings and feature releases that marked the beginning of the month, we’re reminded of just how quickly the year can fly by, and how we can make the most of it. With that being said, let’s take a look at the moments that made the month of April for the PropertyMe team.
April product update
Whilst March was a big month of releases for the team, we were happy to back it up with another release in April. Here’s a brief overview of our latest updates:
- Apply Agent signatures on Exit Inspection Reports
Exit Inspection Reports can now be signed by the Agent using either our web app or PropertyMe Agent mobile app, giving you more control and the ability to finalise your Exit Inspection Reports on the go.
- PropertyMe app version 2.0.1
We have improved the photo upload experience for tenants, allowing them to monitor the status of their photo uploads, to ensure nothing is missed.
- The first page of our new look User Interface goes live
We’re currently working on giving the entire PropertyMe platform a facelift, revamping the interface for you! With that comes our first of many refreshed pages, the User Profile page.
- Bills AI onboarding improvements
You spoke and we listened! When it comes to Bills AI, we’re excited by the buzz our new feature is getting as well as the feedback. You let us know that the page layout needs to be clearer, and as a result, we’ve redesigned it to include progress indicators and faster navigation.
- Team filtering added to Rental Statistics report
You can now conveniently filter by Teams in the Rental Statistics report, making it easier to check in with your team and portfolios.
- Insights widgets changes
We’re undergoing a review of our Insights metrics to optimise your reporting, and as a result, the time to first reply, conversations open, emails and SMS sent widgets will be removed for maintenance from the Insights dashboard.
1-minute mastery: Bills AI
We’re appreciative of all of the support and excitement we’ve received surrounding our new Bills AI feature. With the support, we’ve also received valuable feedback, amongst that being requests for more training on how to get the most out of the feature. That’s where Vanessa Macdonald, our fantastic Customer Success Manager stepped in to help, providing you with a short and sharp tutorial on how to master Bills AI merge fields. Check it out below!
Quarterly company update
As we gathered for our Quarterly Company Update, excitement filled the air, heightened by the vibrant energy of our team. Sarah Dawson, our Chief Customer Officer, took the reigns leading us through the past three months at PropertyMe. Our support team then provided an exciting glimpse into the future, offering a preview of what lies ahead. As the update drew to a close, we transitioned to the kitchen to enjoy an hour of celebratory drinks and nibbles. Amidst the laughter and camaraderie, we took a moment to reflect on the whirlwind of activity that characterised the busy start to the year, finding solace in the strength of our collective efforts and the promise of what lies on the horizon. Welcoming new team members
As PropertyMe is constantly growing, so too is our team! Over the past month in particular we’ve had a large push to source and hire some fantastic software engineers and business developers to help grow PropertyMe as a platform and community. Notably we’d like to shout out Lee Sorby and Antonette Ram who joined us as Territory Manager (QLD) and Business Growth Manager (NZ). We’re so excited to have them on board, and cannot wait to see how they continue to grow!
