- Entry into any competitions run by the Promoter is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

- All entries must be received by the Promoter via the ‘Tech the Halls Christmas Competition’ Facebook or Instagram posts between Friday 29 November 2024 and 4pm Monday 18 December 2024.
- This Promotion is a game of skill and one winner will be chosen from each competition Facebook or Instagram post at the Promoter’s discretion.
- Winners will be contacted via private Facebook, Instagram message, or email within 5 business days of selection and will be announced on the Promoter’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/propertyme or Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/propertymeau. As such, winners agree to have their names announced publicly for competition purposes.
- The winner will receive the prize specified on the ‘Tech the Halls Christmas Competition’ Facebook or Instagram post. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash or credit.
- The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
- Allow up to 60 days for delivery of prizes from the announcement date. Prizes will be sent to the email address or physical address provided by the winner.
- The Promoter takes no responsibility for prize damage or loss and will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, damage, or loss in transit of the prize.
