The MePay Team Experience 2023 (‘Promotion’) Terms and Conditions
- The Promoter is PropertyMe Ltd (A.B.N 46 163 276 159).
- Entry into any competitions run by the Promoter is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
- Employees and immediate family members of The Promoter are ineligible to enter or be nominated.
- Entrants and nominations must also be Australian aged 18 years and over. Proof of age is required at the discretion of The Promoter.
- Entrants must be a real estate agency with an active subscription to PropertyMe.
- All entrants must be registered to use MePay and have receipted one MePay deposit by 31 October 2023.
- All entrants must include details of the holiday or experience they would like to redeem the prize on (to be used in Australia).
- All entrants must include a statement up to 250 words describing how MePay has impacted their agency and/or customer experience.
- All entries must be received by the appropriate form: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/mepayexperience between Wednesday 19 July and 4pm (AEDT) Tuesday 31 October 2023.
- Entries must be submitted by an employee of the agency.
- This Promotion is a game of skill and one winner will be chosen from the eligible entries.
- Winners will be contacted via contact details provided within the entry form within 3 business days of selection and will be announced on the Promoter’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/propertyme, Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/propertymeau, LinkedIn page: https://www.linkedin.com/company/propertyme/, TikTok page: https://www.tiktok.com/@propertyme, on the website: www.propertyme.com.au and the email newsletter. As such, winners agree to have their names announced publicly for competition purposes.
- The winner will receive a prize of $3,000 AUD via a gift card valid for 36 months, to be used for the purpose outlined within the competition entry, or an alternative similar experience approved in writing by The Promoter.
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash or credit.
- The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Instagram.
- Allow up to 30 days for delivery of prizes from the announcement date. Prizes will be sent to the email address or physical address provided by the entrant.
- The Promoter takes no responsibility for prize damage or loss and will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, damage, or loss in transit of the prize.
- The Promoter takes no responsibility for any additional expenses in excess of the nominated prize amount that may incur during the trip, including but not limited to relevant insurance, wages, overtime, food, and/or equipment required.
- By entering and participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify the promoter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Instagram from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs, or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to:
- Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or
- Entrant’s participation in any Prize-related activities, acceptance of a Prize, and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death caused to any person(s).
- Entrants are required to cover any additional expenses in excess of the prize provided, that may incurred during the trip, including but not limited to relevant insurance, wages, overtime, food, and/or equipment required.
- Late entries will not be accepted.
- Incomplete entries will not be accepted.
- By entering and participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to provide PropertyMe ongoing permission to publish the description provided of MePay has impacted their agency and/or customer experience, alongside their agency name.
