International Women’s Day Breakfast (‘Promotion’) Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter is PropertyMe Ltd (A.B.N 46 163 276 159).
2. Entry into any competitions run by the Promoter is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
3. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to enter or be nominated.
4. Entrants and nominations must also be Australian or New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. Proof of age is required at the discretion of The Promoter. The Promoter encourages consumers to drink responsibly.
5. Entrants and nominations must be a practicing Property Manager, currently employed in Australia or New Zealand.
6. All entries must be received by the Promoter via the ‘International Women’s Day Competition’ Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram posts between Wednesday 21 and Wednesday 28 February  (AEDT).
7. This Promotion is a game of skill. All comments on the relevant Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram posts will be considered as entries, of which one winner will be chosen at the Promoter’s discretion.
8. Winners will be contacted via private Facebook, Instagram message or email within 3 business days of selection and will be announced on the Promoter’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/propertyme, LinkedIn page: https://www.linkedin.com/company/propertyme or Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/propertymeau. As such, winners agree to have their names announced publicly for competition purposes.
9. The winner will receive the prize specified on the ‘International Women’s Day Competition’ Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram post. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
10. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or credit.
11. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram.
12. The Promoter takes no responsibility for prize damage or loss and will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, damage, or loss in transit of the prize.
13. By entering and participating in the Promotion, entrants, and nominations agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs, or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to
    1. Entrant or nomination’s participation in the Sweepstake, or
    2. entrant or nomination’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death caused to any person(s).
