Insta360 2024 (‘Promotion’) Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter is PropertyMe Ltd (A.B.N 46 163 276 159).
2. Entry into any competitions run by the Promoter is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
3. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to enter or be nominated.
4. Entrants and nominations must also be Australian or New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. Proof of age is required at the discretion of The Promoter. The Promoter encourages consumers to drink responsibly.
5. Entrants and nominations must be a practicing Property Manager, currently employed in Australia or New Zealand.
6. All entries must be received by the Promoter via the appropriate competition posts by and 5pm Thursday 31 October 2024 (AEDT).
7. There will be 1 winner awarded.
8. This Promotion is a game of chance.
9. Winners and/or finalists will be announced on the Promoter’s social media channels, and or email and contacted via email within 3 business days of selection.
10. All entrants and nominees agree to have their names and information provided within the entry form announced publicly for competition purposes.
11. The winner will receive the prize specified on the ‘Insta360’ Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn posts. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
12. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or credit.
13. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn.
14. Allow up to 60 days for delivery of prizes from the announcement date. Prizes will be sent to the email address or physical address provided by the winner.
15. The Promoter takes no responsibility for prize damage or loss and will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, damage, or loss in transit of the prize.
16. By entering and participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and the Promoter from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs, or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to
    1. Entrant or nomination’s participation in the Sweepstake, or
    2. entrant or nomination’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death caused to any person(s).
