- This Promotion is a game of skill based on the response in the comments and one winner will be chosen from each competition Facebook or Instagram post at the Promoter’s discretion.
- Winners will be contacted via private TikTok message or email within 3 business days of selection and will be announced on the Promoter’s Tik Tok page: https://www.tiktok.com/@propertymetenant. As such, winners agree to have their names announced publicly for competition purposes.
- The winner will receive the prize specified on the Tik Tok post. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash or credit.

- Please allow up to one month for delivery of prizes from the announcement date. Prizes will be sent to the email address or physical address provided by the winner.
