- All entries must be received by the Promoter via the PropertyMe Christmas Countdown Facebook or Instagram posts between 21 December 2020 and 24 December 2020.
- This Promotion is a game of skill and one winner will be chosen from each competition Facebook or Instagram post at the Promoter’s discretion.
- Winners will be contacted via private Facebook or Instagram message or email within 3 business days of selection and will be announced on the Promoter’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/propertyme or Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/propertymeau. As such, winners agree to have their names announced publicly for competition purposes.
- The winner will receive the prize specified on the PropertyMe Christmas Countdown Facebook or Instagram post. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash or credit.

- Please allow up to one month for delivery of prizes from the announcement date. Prizes will be sent to the email address or physical address provided by the winner.
- The Promoter takes no responsibility for prize damage or loss and will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, damage or loss in transit of the prize.
