Tam founded Balance Rec n Roll in 2017 after working within the real estate software industry since 1997 and prior to this was a Property Manager herself. Later Tam became the youngest ever licenced office Principal in QLD running a successful Property Management company offering inhouse real world training to property mangers on the best practice use of software for efficiency in business. Tam is very much a hands on CEO who works with the Balance Rec n Roll clients on a daily basis.
