A peek into March at PropertyMe

March has been a month of innovation, connection and celebration at PropertyMe! From the exciting launch of Task Automation to our travels across Australia and New Zealand, we’ve been busy making property management easier and strengthening our community.

We also embraced diversity with a vibrant Harmony Day celebration and opened new opportunities for talented professionals to join our team. Read on for a closer look at everything we’ve been up to this month! 

Task Automation 

We’re excited to announce that in March, we released Task Automation, another feature to make property management simpler and more efficient.

With Task Automation, Property Managers can now automate everyday processes like tenant vacates, new leases, rent reviews and more — saving time and cutting down on repetitive tasks.  

Whether it’s sending messages, updating task statuses, or working through checklists, everything flows smoothly. Plus, with access from the PropertyMe Agent app, users can stay on top of things no matter where they are. It’s all about making life a little easier — in the office and on the road! 

In preparation for our release, Peter and Delainey held an Automation showdown to see who could save the most time completing a checklist with Task Automation.  

Delainey managed to finish her automated checklist in just four seconds, with Peter trailing behind at six seconds, overall saving between two to three minutes per checklist.  

Multiply that by the number of properties managed and number of checklists completed per day, and you’ll be claiming hours back per week in no time! 

Within the first seven days of going live, our PropertyMe community have actioned a staggering 21,500+ automations, and we know you’re just getting started. We can’t wait to update you on with more insights from our community’s favourite templates and tricks to master Task Automation. 

Creating Connections

This month they connected with over 300 customers, provided 50 portfolio health checks and customer success plans, ran 47 training courses and 24 bespoke consulting sessions.

Touring Australia and New Zealand  

The PropertyMe team has been on the move, visiting our amazing customers across Australia and New Zealand.

From the vibrant energy at Navigate 2025 in Sydney, to the motivational insights at the Wingman Group Profit Summit, and the invaluable connections made at REINZ RPM Conference in Auckland — we’re feeling inspired and driven.

These events are more than just conferences; they’re opportunities to strengthen partnerships, gather fresh ideas and propel our growth journey forward.

Harmony Day 

At PropertyMe HQ, Harmony Day was a vibrant celebration of diversity, unity and cultural appreciation.

Team members came together to share delicious homemade meals, each dish representing a unique cultural heritage.

From fragrant curries to traditional dumplings and some sweet desserts, the spread was a true reflection of the diverse backgrounds that make up the MeMates crew.
